    Top-notch customer service! They were so understanding of my gluten allergy and extremely accommodating! The lady that took my order was just the sweetest and most patient human ever.. same with the manager (or maybe the owner), she seemed very concerned of my allergy and was present the entire time supervising the staff and food handling.. she was so kind and just amazing! My sushi was super fresh and delicious. I’ll be tipping twice as much next time!

    This location , Tudor Glen, in St Albert has awesome staff! I have eaten here 4 days in a row as where I reside, there is no Edo Japan. Every meal I have purchased was excellent! No complaints or concerns. Bathroom is very clean. The staff are very friendly and always greet me warmly and with big smiles. I still have another 4 days in St Albert and I hope to get sushi and spring rolls here every one of those 4 days.

    Love their Beef Noodle bowls and use natural fresh ingredients. About 10 a bowl which fills you. Cozy atmosphere and comfy seats. Very attentive staff who greet you when coming in and thank you when you leave. Your meals are served at your table, and although the option to tip is offered when paying for your order at check-in, it is not mandatory. Even if you don't tip, you still get great service. A great place to stop at lunch on Sunday, or anytime. Tip...one serving of sauce is ample, otherwise too sweet and salty, and probably not good for you.;)

    Well-kept Edo Branch. Foods were not tasted burnt unlike others. They have scanner for rewards bar code. Busy but staff can handle it. Complete condiments area.

    The staff here were friendly, the food came out quickly and was better than any I've had at other Edo locations! If you have your choice of locations, this is the one I'd recommend!

    I absolutely love MARK AND HIS TEAM! 10/10 he creates such a wonderful warm and great experience! I have allergies and food restrictions and he always greets me with a smile making sure the entire food is made so I am okay without an allergic reaction. He has worked hard to curate the best place possible and i truly feel this is one of the best spots and Edo Japans ever. If you go ask for Mark and tell him Jay sent you! Thank you to the amazing chefs on site and the staff - I really also like Mary she's so friendly kind attentive front house staff. Some more details - he cooks the food great, treats you with respect, is SO PROFESSIONAL and his staff are so amazing!!!! He really runs the operation so great and I hope he gets a raise.:) The chefs are soooo sweet and they make the food so good! Guys the food here is AMAZING! I've spent probably at least 500 at this place! I keep ordering bahaha The original hot chili sauce is back - its a YES for me! Thank you Mark for the amazing experience. I loved the service by Mark and would go again.

    I probably eat here more than I should, but the fact that the cooks say hello and goodbye by name is a customer service detail worth mentioning. The food is good and consistent and my usual bowl is good value. The friendliness of the staff makes my day.
